REPLACEMENT POLICY

At XIII ERA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Reason for Replacement

After verification, the replacement process will be initiated.

Please note:

• No refunds are offered.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Replacement requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
